It's rightfully yours...
By: Amanda Anderson
It's wanted like a fiend wants the source of their addiction. However, most feenin', haven't even had a taste. Women hear about it for most of our lives, while many of us will settle for fake orgasms or even question if we ever had it. You yourself may even ponder on if you've had one to call your own, and if you have to wonder, you probably haven't. It's complex, not because it's hard to get, but complex because it seems like most men (and women) have no idea on what it really is or what it takes to get it. For many, it was achieved on mistake or through a sexual moment that we had in solitude. Meanwhile men everywhere are more focused on "beating it up," and less on satisfying. No wonder it's a myth to many. It's the female orgasm...and the most wanted, most sought after, mystical creature within the scope of sexual satisfaction.
Sadly, most men have no clue on how to make a woman climax. Clueless, they have instead reasoned that tougher, quicker, and romance-less sex is somehow better; while women are left cradling egos while becoming actresses in the bedroom. As a result, men have taken the lazy route even after they figure out that every woman who moans ain't pleased, and instead label the female orgasm as complex.
The truth is the female orgasm itself is not complex, it's usually the woman's lack of understanding her own orgasm that makes the subject itself mutlifaceted. But before you label yourself as unable to get yours, here's the lowdown on what the female orgasm really is, how it's caused, and for you own satisfaction; how to get it and hold on to it.
What is the Female Orgasm?
To make it short and sweet, the female orgasm or ejaculation is the process of the explosion of a clear fluid from the parauretheral ducts during or after the orgasm. Not to be confused with natural lubrication or vaginal moistening (which is a result of sexual arousal), this event is a result of the peak of sexual arousal.
During sex, muscles tighten to allow easier penetration. But during the climax, those said muscles relax and even contract, causes the female orgasm.
Some women have said they have climaxed because they had really amazing sex, yet they can't really recall experiencing the climax. An orgasm is not subtle, if you had one, you will know for sure.
What Does the Female Orgasm Feel Like?
It's difficult to explain what the female orgasm feels like, but most women can agree that it's the combination of painless muscle contractions and the urge to urinate. Some women even describe it as being tickled, followed by light feelings of small explosions all over the body.
How is it Caused?
There are two types of orgasms. There is the G Spot orgasm, and the clitoris orgasm.
The G Spot is the most controversial of the female climaxes, since there are many who argue that the G Spot does not even exist. But as many women soon discover, that is completely false. The G Spot is not a myth, and probably the most pleasurable of the orgasms. To achieve the G Spot orgasm, careful attention and stimulation must be applied to the G Spot. This is usually achieved with intercourse and masturbation. Since it's hard to get pleasure from the G Spot, as well as hard to locate; most people argue that it doesn't exist.
The clitoris based orgasm can be achieved through oral sex, masturbation, manual stimulation, and dry humping. This orgasm type is the easiest to achieve and the one women have most often.
How to Get it
Learn your body. All women ain't created equal, and all positions don't work on all women. You'd be better off with a partner who's willing to try anything, and who has enough patience and stamina to try various positions. The most efficient sex positions include those that allow a man to go deeper. However, this does not mean that traditional positions such as the missionary won't set off a climax, since clitoris stimulation can be achieved through intercourse through this position.
Emotions also can cause a woman to reach an orgasm, if she's truly into her partner.
How to Hold on to it
Stay faithful to the positions that work for you, and explore them often. Unlike men, women can climax several times, so take that as an opportunity to explore your body.
It's also crucial that a woman relaxes, and doesn't allow pressure to enter the bedroom. Studies show that women are more likely to reach climax if they have allowed their body to relax, and rely on positions that encourage clitoris stimulation.
